1. Who these terms apply to

These terms ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you") and Arnen Labs LLC ("Arnen Labs", "we", "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company and the operator of the Rehnova brand and product ("Rehnova"). By accessing rehnova.io, submitting the waitlist form, or emailing us at any Rehnova address, you agree to these Terms.

If you don't agree, stop using the site. It's that simple.

2. What these terms cover

These Terms govern:

• The Rehnova marketing site at rehnova.io and its subpages.
• The waitlist application form and the design-partner intake process.
• Any other non-product content we publish during the pre-launch period.

If you are onboarded as a design partner and gain access to the product itself, a separate Design Partner Agreement (including data processing terms, SLAs, and IP provisions) will govern that access. These marketing-site Terms continue to apply to your use of the public site.

3. Waitlist submissions

Submitting the waitlist form does not guarantee access, acceptance into the cohort, or a specific pricing tier. We evaluate applicants based on fit, cohort capacity, and our discretion. We may decline applications without stating a reason.

If you provide information about a company, a product, or a colleague, you represent that you have the authority to do so and that the information is accurate as of submission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from this site beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt.
• Attempt to access parts of the site that are not publicly exposed, bypass security measures, or probe for vulnerabilities without our prior written consent.
• Submit false or misleading information in the waitlist form.
• Impersonate Rehnova, its employees, or its design partners.
• Use the site to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content.
• Republish or redistribute the site's copy, design, schema, or structured data as your own work.

We may terminate your access to the site at any time for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

Everything on this site — the wordmark "rehnova," the product name, the copy, the design, the code, the schema, the llms.txt file, and the brand — is owned by Arnen Labs LLC or licensed to us. You may view and share links to public pages. You may not copy, republish, or create derivative works without our written permission, except for fair use (such as brief quotation with attribution).

Content you submit to us (through the form or email) remains your property. By submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party services

The site embeds or links to third-party services, including Tally (forms), Vercel (hosting), and Google Fonts. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, terms, or data practices beyond what we describe in our Privacy Policy.

7. No warranties

The site is provided as-is, with all faults. We make no warranties — express or implied — about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for any purpose of the content on this site. Product capabilities described here may change before general availability. Statistics cited here are presented as we understand them at the time of publication and may be updated.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rehnova will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the site. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Rehnova against claims, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA (including the Wyoming Limited Liability Company Act, Wyo. Stat. Title 17, Ch. 29), without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. For material changes, we will update the date and — where we have your contact details — email you. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.

12. Entire agreement and severability

These Terms together with the Privacy Policy make up the entire agreement between you and Rehnova regarding the marketing site. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
